As Eagle IT continues to grow and support more businesses across the Space Coast and surrounding areas, bringing in the right leadership has been a top priority. Tom’s experience, mindset, and commitment to doing things the right way make him a perfect fit for both our team and our clients. ## **A Natural Fit for Eagle IT** Tom brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in the IT field, with a strong background supporting enterprise environments in both healthcare and finance. From the beginning of his career, he has been driven by curiosity and a desire to understand how systems work at a deeper level. “I’ve always been drawn to technology. If something broke, I didn’t just want to fix it, I wanted to understand why. That curiosity has stuck with me and continues to drive how I approach IT today.” That mindset aligns directly with how Eagle IT approaches client environments, not just fixing problems, but understanding root causes and building better systems moving forward. ## **Keeping IT Simple, Reliable, and Proactive** Tom’s philosophy around IT support mirrors the core values of Eagle IT. “Great IT support means everything just works. You don’t have to think about it. But when you do need help, someone is responsive, knowledgeable, and takes ownership to resolve the issue quickly.” At Eagle IT, our goal has always been to eliminate recurring issues and reduce the need for reactive support. Tom reinforces this by focusing on proactive system design, monitoring, and continuous improvement. “The real work happens when nothing is broken. He enjoys working with emerging technologies such as AI and 3D printing, and is actively involved in Scouting as a troop leader, where his daughter also plays a leadership role.
